INGREDIENTS:

2 cups honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 cloves garlic, crushed

 1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed

300g chicken breast, cut into strips

1 carrot, cut into strips

1/2 red and green capsicum, cut into strips

100g snow peas

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

500g Hokkien noodles      

1 tablespoon sesame oil

 

METHOD:

Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and freshly squeezed lime juice and mix. Set aside.

Heat wok on high heat and pour in half the sesame oil.

Cook chicken in batches until browned. Set aside.

Add noodles to pot of boiling water to soften, drain noodles. Set aside

Pour the other half of the sesame oil into the wok.

Add vegetables stir fry for 2 mins.

Add chicken and noodles.

Add the combined sauce.

Cook on high for 2 mins. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
