Ingredients:
Loaf of Cape Seed Bread (Bakers Delight)
One ripe avocado stone removed, peeled (Big Fields Fruit & Veg)
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint (Big Fields Fruit & Veg)
Squeeze of lemon juice (Big Fields Fruit & Veg)
Method:
Smash avocado in a bowl with a fork.
Add mint a squeeze of lemon juice.
Smash till combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast Cape Seed Bread and then top off with smashed avocado mixture.
